Withdrawal right (trial period)
Upon receipt of your order you are entitled to a trial period of 14 days. This means that if you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as the product is returned in original condition and undamaged gift packaging. Personalised items are excluded.

Return address and ticket number
Please contact our customer service before sending any items back. You will receive a return address and a ticket number for return. It is not possible to order the TNT driver or our own delivery service to exchange or return items.

Damage or incomplete delivery
